Bidding Tops $150,000 on Blue Challenger SRT8

Bidding on the only 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 to be painted in legendary B5 Blue topped $150,000 as of Friday morning, and that was still more than 14 hours before the auction ends.

Maybe not surprising given that Challenger SRT8 press kits sold for hundreds of dollars on eBay. Then there’s the Challenger SRT8 “tribute” ballcap, going for $91 and up on eBay.

But back to that B5 Blue Challenger SRT8. It comes with a custom #43 Richard Petty Designed Decal Package, “carbon fiber” look hood stripes, a 6.1 L SRT HEMI V8 engine and a five-speed AutoStick transmission.
